A great time was had by all at Eidsvold Show on the 6th and 7th of May 2007. A fantastic dinner dance was held the evening before judging at the pavilion at the showgrounds. A big thank-you to the Mayor of the Eidsvold Shire and Santa Gertrudis member, Pat Connolly and his wife Janelle for organising such a wonderful night of entertainment.
An outstanding presentation of 140 Santa Gertrudis stud cattle were paraded before the judge Mr Colin Hewitt, Charvel Herefords and Droughtmasters, Stirling, Roma. The Grand Champion Bull was awarded to Waco Samson exhibited by the Bassingthwaighte family.

Learning the art of brushing are Olivia, Pip and Howy Bassingthwaighte.
Congratulations goes to Diamond H Holly, exhibited by the Hatton family, Chinchilla who were awarded Grand Champion Female. Other ribbon winners for the Yarrawonga Waco Studs included Reserve Junior Champion Female Waco Treasure, Reserve Junior Champion Bull Waco Tex,
Reserve Senior Champion Female Yarrawonga Skye.
The Sires Progeny Group was also awarded to the progeny of Waco Freeman along with the Breeders Group award. Most successful exhibitor was also awarded to the Bassingthwaighte family.
